About Replacement Blades

We have received many questions from backers asking whether replacement blades will be sold in the future and what will happen after the two-year supply of blades runs out. We would like to explain the background of this project.
The current product is a prototype run limited to 1,000 units. The main reason for this limitation is that the replacement blades are currently produced entirely by hand.
The production process is as follows:
- The blade unit is placed on a welding machine by hand, and the frame is semi-automatically welded.
- The extracted blades are manually placed into a PET blister package and sealed using a jig.
Because the blades are currently produced manually, production capacity is limited and costs are relatively high.
However, if we successfully sell all 1,000 units in this project, we will work toward automating mass production within the next two years so that replacement blades can be purchased separately in the future.

Some backers have pointed this out, so we would like to clarify the reward details.
The Full-Metal 5-Blade Razor reward includes 48 replacement blades.
If you replace the blade once every two weeks, the set is expected to last for approximately two years.
As shown in the image, the razor handle and the 48 replacement blades will be delivered together in a box.
This complete set is limited to 1,000 units.
